On November 13 and 14, 2024, Cornelius Schneider from the University of Mannheim visited the Institute for Public Finance at Leibniz University Hannover. He presented his research on investor priorities in green investments. This study uses an experiment that explores six commonly defined aspects of green investments — magnitude of CO₂ saved, timing, certainty, geographical proximity, area, and mitigation approach — and how investors prioritize them.
